Secret document shows incontrovertible evidence that the European Union is working actively as an enemy of the Jewish state, in breach of the Oslo Accords, to construct a State of Palestine in Judea and Samaria.
Accords between Israel and the PLO/PA, the PA has construction and other rights in the parts of Samaria and Judea designated as Areas A and B.
Area C – again, as agreed to by the Arab side – is completely off limits to the PA.
And yet, undermining this agreement, the six-page document – which had been written at the EU’s mission in Jerusalem – described its plans to further expand the PA presence in Area C.
